3. Account Registration and Security

The account is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity.

You are required to keep your login credentials confidential. kg995 recommends the following security practices for all account holders:

• Use a strong password that is unique to your kg995 account and not reused from any other platform or service.
• Enable OTP-based two-factor authentication where available. This provides a second layer of verification tied to your registered phone number.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly if using a shared or public device.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kg995 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional offer.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or use of stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Exploiting technical errors, platform bugs, or pricing mistakes to place bets or claim winnings that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions.

kg995 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account and associated funds may be placed under a temporary hold. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, all winnings generated through that conduct will be voided and any remaining balance may be forfeited in full.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

kg995 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players; or (d) the account holder has failed to complete required verification procedures within the specified timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting kg995 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Voluntary account closure does not release the player from any obligations incurred prior to closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg995 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the kg995 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, user interface design, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of kg995 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of platform content without the express written consent of kg995 is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
